Shanghai Rubber Seals Co.Ltd. is a factory specially producing rubber seals such as oil seals and so on, located in Kang Qiao industrial Zone of Pu Dong New Area, Shanghai P.R. China.
Our Co***ny was established in October, 2000. The total Planning investment is 45 million RMB. Now it had been invested for about 25 million and has the ability of producing 100 million oil seals per year. The factory covers an area of 169��?00 square meters, including construction area of 6700 square meters. There are many professional and experiences technology engineers in our co***ny, so we have the capacity of developing new products, new rubber material, new process and new equipment.
We mainly produce rotary oil seals and reciprocating oil seals. Rotary oil seals include drive shaft seals, gearboxes, grease seals, crankshaft seals, pressure seals ( hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, steering), contaminant exclusion(heavy duty truck axle, agricultural axel) etc. Reciprocating oil seals include reciprocating motion( steering, shock absorber, valve stem), etc.
We have passed ISO9001:2000 international quality system certificate in 2002, and passed ISO/TSO 16949:2002 in 2004 to set up standardized management system..
